Franz Winter
Workaholic, visionary and passionate entrepreneur – forward-looking thinking and fast, innovative solutions are among the strengths of the Wintergroup founder. With 25 years of experience in the pallet industry, he is one of the experts in this field. In the middle of it all, not just on the sidelines – this is the motto he uses to shape his daily work routine. To guarantee smooth processes and to support our employees with help and advice, he can be found all over the company premises.
Andrea Winter
Creative mind of the Wintergroup – extraordinary pallet furniture and ultra-modern office spaces are just a small selection of her projects. Always one step ahead – as the founder of the "Winter Möbel" brand, she is constantly tinkering not only with new pallet furniture collections but also with the modernization of the entire company structure. Her attitude of wanting to be different from the others is an enrichment for the development of the company in many areas.
Jakob Winter
Passionate at heart – the sustainable use of our forests and resources is an important concern for him. His area of responsibility – the production and marketing of wood chips – is in line with these values, and this attitude is practiced in his daily work. The use of state-of-the-art machinery in this area is due to his preference for high-quality vehicles. "I am proud to be part of our family business," says Jakob Winter.
Johannes Winter
Motor oil in his blood – his passion for large vehicles is reflected in his everyday work. He handles a multitude of transports daily and travels all over Austria. He particularly appreciates the contact with our customers that this entails. "Knowing that I have achieved something at the end of the day gives me joy," Johannes Winter.
Jonathan Winter
Affinity for machines – like his two brothers, the youngest of the group shares his enthusiasm for large and high-quality vehicles. This matches his training as a mechanic. His precision and perfectionist working style are in demand by many in the company, and so he often stands by our experienced mechanics with his advice.
