SHIPPING

The following applies to orders in the online shop: Austria-wide shipping for pallet furniture up to 10 pieces / for EUR pallets up to 15 pieces is possible; beyond that, self-collection is required.

Self-collection

You have the option to pick up your ordered goods from us personally. As soon as the goods are ready for collection, we will notify you to arrange a collection appointment.

Please note our loading hours! Mon – Fri 07:00 AM – 03:30 PM

Curbside delivery

Your ordered goods will be delivered easily and conveniently to your home by a forwarding agent. Delivery does not include assembly or carrying the furniture inside. Handover takes place on a wooden one-way pallet at your front door. The forwarding team will arrange a delivery appointment with you.

The amount of the shipping costs is shown under the heading “Shipping costs” and will be calculated additionally during the ordering process.

  • 4-5 units € 160,-
  • 6-10 units € 300,-
  • from 10 units upon request

[ DIY ] Furniture construction pallets, accessories

Self-collection free of charge.

Curbside:

  • up to 15 units € 14.95
  • more upon request

PAYMENT

The following payment options are available to our customers:

  • Credit card (Master Card, Visa, American Express)
  • Advance payment via bank transfer
  • Payment on account (Klarna invoice)
  • Cash payment upon self-collection

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Please note that the lifespan of the products depends on the respective treatment and use, and therefore may vary, especially with wood as a material.

Our furniture is partly made intentionally with used pallets to achieve a "vintage look." Each piece of furniture is unique, and therefore, splinters on boards, etc., are not defects.

To delay the natural weathering/graying of the pallet furniture in outdoor areas, we recommend storing it in a dry place during the winter months. Regular care with wood oil is also beneficial.

DESIGN PROTECTION

Please note that our furniture designs are protected. Commercial reproduction is therefore not permitted. The furniture design is our intellectual property. Duplication, execution, and distribution are only possible with our consent!
