How long will it take for my goods to be delivered?
Your order will be processed immediately upon receipt. As a rule, the delivery time for products from the "Pallet furniture" and "DIY furniture construction" categories is 3-5 working days, for products from the "Chests of drawers" category 10-14 working days, as these are produced to order.
Additional information: In case of prepayment, the delivery time starts from receipt of payment.
Which countries do you deliver to?
Orders in the online store are delivered throughout Austria.
If you are interested in shipping to other countries, we will be happy to make you a suitable offer. Please contact us directly at office@wintergroup.com
How many pieces can I order in the online store?
There is no limited order quantity in the online store.
Please note, however: Orders in the online store can only be placed for up to 10 pcs. Furniture/15 pcs. EUR pallets can be shipped, beyond that only self-collection is possible.

How is the pallet furniture delivered?
Delivery is carried out by truck. The pallet furniture is packed and handed over fully assembled on a wooden one-way pallet.
Please note the respective product dimensions and weight specifications in the product overview in order to compare these with the conditions on site (door width, height, etc.). Please note that the shipping company cannot make any changes to the furniture in the event of problems on site.
Can I also pick up my order?
You have the option of collecting your ordered goods from us yourself. As soon as the goods are ready for collection, we will notify you and arrange a collection date.

How big and how heavy is the pallet furniture?
All product dimensions can be found in the respective product details.
What colors are used to paint the pallets?
We only use environmentally friendly, certified paints to paint our pallets and pallet furniture.
Where is the pallet furniture manufactured?
MADE IN AUSTRIA - Our pallet furniture is manufactured exclusively at our Austrian production site.
I would like products that are not offered in the online store. Where can I order them?
For special requests, please contact us by e-mail at office@wintergroup.com. We will be happy to prepare a suitable offer for you.
