How long does it take for my goods to be delivered?
Your order will be processed immediately upon receipt. As a rule, the delivery time for products from the categories “Pallet furniture” and “DIY furniture construction” is 3-5 working days; for products from the “Dressers” category, it is 10-14 working days, as these are produced to order.
Additional info: For advance payment, the delivery time starts upon receipt of payment.
Which countries do you deliver to?
Orders in the online shop are delivered throughout Austria.

How many items can I order in the online shop?
There is no limited order quantity in the online shop.
However, please note: Online shop orders can only be shipped for up to 10 pieces of furniture/15 EUR pallets; beyond that, only self-collection is possible.

How much are the shipping costs?

How is the pallet furniture delivered?
Delivery is carried out by a freight forwarder via truck. The pallet furniture is handed over packed and fully assembled on a wooden disposable pallet.
Please note the respective product dimensions and weight specifications in the product overview to compare them with the local conditions (door width, height, etc.). Please note that the freight forwarder cannot make any changes to the furniture in the event of local problems.
Can I also collect my order?
You have the option to pick up your ordered goods from us personally. As soon as the goods are ready for collection, we will notify you to arrange a collection appointment.

How big and how heavy is the pallet furniture?
You can find all product dimensions in the respective product details.
What paints are used for painting the pallets?
For painting our pallets and pallet furniture, we only use environmentally friendly, certified paints.
Where is the pallet furniture produced?
MADE IN AUSTRIA – Our pallet furniture is manufactured exclusively at our Austrian production site.
I would like products that are not offered in the online shop. Where can I order them?
For special requests, please contact us by email at office@wintergroup.com. We would be happy to prepare a suitable offer for you.
