[ PRODUCTION ]
As a licensed company for EPAL and UIC, sustainable production is our top priority. The guidelines for this are based on the quality criteria of the respective licensor. Depending on the manufacturing process, our pallets are marked with an EPAL or UIC quality seal. Constant, unannounced quality inspections ensure the flawless quality of our products.
In two-shift operation, we produce around seven million EURO and one-way pallets per year.
MAKE A WISH – Upon request, we also produce one-way pallets in a wide variety of dimensions, specifically tailored to the requirements of our customers.
Our new EURO and one-way pallets are 100% PEFC certified.
[ REPAIR ]
Defective EURO pallets that no longer meet the exchange criteria must be repaired according to the UIC 435-2 standard. Repaired EURO pallets must have the same properties as new EURO pallets.
All our products pass through our sorting and repair facilities and are checked and inspected several times at various stations.
Our repaired pallets are 100% PEFC certified.

[ IPPC TREATMENT ]
IPPC treatment is an internationally widespread standard used to prevent the spread of pests.
We have the option of subjecting pallets to an IPPC treatment in two drying kilns. As a sign of the heat treatment, a marking with the IPPC stamp is applied to the middle block of the pallet.
[ CONTAINER SERVICE ]
For the disposal of your wood waste – Our container service ensures that the valuable raw material wood is not just disposed of, but also recycled.
Unusable pallets and other wood waste are reprocessed and reused by us. In order to be able to carry out these activities, we have a waste collector and processor permit.
