The new IPPC-treated Euro pallet is one of the most durable and globally widespread exchange pallets in our product range. 4-way accessibility and chamfered bottom boards on both sides allow for handling in all areas. The pallet consists of a total of 11 boards, 5 deck boards, 3 bottom boards, and 3 stringer boards.
Thanks to the use of 5 deck boards, the pressure applied is optimally distributed across the stringers, making this pallet particularly robust. Furthermore, the pallet complies with either EPAL or UIC guidelines and is therefore work and safety certified. The marking with the EPAL or UIC inspection staple confirms the authenticity of the pallet and thus guarantees protection against counterfeiting.
Compliance with the ISPM 15 standard is an important prerequisite for production. After production, the EUR pallets undergo an IPPC treatment in a drying chamber, ensuring they are protected against wood pests and can be used worldwide. The residual moisture of the pallets is approx. 15 – 20 %.
The most common areas of application are industry and logistics. Almost all storage and transport systems throughout Europe are adapted to EUR pallets.
Our new Euro pallets are 100% PEFC certified; the materials used for them come from sustainably managed forests and controlled sources. Unannounced regular quality checks guarantee the consistently high quality of the new EUR pallets.
