Euro pallets that are no longer exchangeable are sorted out by us, checked in our semi-automatic system, marked, and repaired according to EPAL or UIC criteria. Afterwards, they are fully functional again and have the same technical properties as a new EUR pallet.
Criteria for non-exchangeable EUR pallets:
- A board is missing
- A block is missing or split such that more than one nail shank is visible
- A bottom or top board is chipped so that more than one nail shank is visible
- Twisted blocks must not protrude more than 10mm
- A board is broken crosswise or diagonally
Our repaired Euro pallets are 100% PEFC certified; the materials used for this come from sustainably managed forests and controlled sources. Unannounced regular quality checks guarantee compliant repairs according to the guidelines of our licensors.
