- Cleaning and maintenance of offices, production rooms, and common areas.
- Ensuring hygiene and cleanliness standards in accordance with guidelines.
- Stocking and checking consumables such as soap, paper towels, and disinfectants.
- Emptying waste bins and proper waste separation.
- Documentation of special incidents or required repairs.

WINTERGROUP – Facts and figures
The founding of Paletten Winter GmbH dates back to the year 1999, when it all began with a hammer and nails repairing pallets. While working in his second job as a driver at the Inzersdorf vegetable market, trained industrial mechanic Franz Winter came up with the idea of repairing damaged pallets. As the demand for this service continued to rise, he founded the sole proprietorship FW Großhandel Franz Winter.
On a small scale, pallet repairs were carried out for some customers and trading in used pallets began. In the very next year, a production hall and an office wing were built on around 2,500 m2 in the Hof industrial area.
Through his efforts to operate a fast and high-quality pallet production, he impressed his customers and quickly grew into one of Austria's largest pallet manufacturers. In the course of increasing operations, the founding of Paletten Winter GmbH took place in 2001.
The next structural expansion took place in 2004 with a new office building including an assembly hall. To use the existing workshop more efficiently, a changeover to two-shift operation was carried out. This resulted in a significant increase in production.
After the demand for rental pallets in the pallet industry steadily increased, Paletten Logistik Winter GmbH was founded in 2010. 2012 saw the founding of Hackgut Winter GmbH. In the same year, after careful consideration about extending the lifespan of pallets, the brand “Winter Möbel” was launched. Here, unique pieces of furniture are created from old pallets.
Under the name “Wintergroup”, the three companies are not only strongly represented in the pallet market, but are also specialists in the production and distribution of wood chips and various forestry works. Around 170 employees are employed at the Hof location, making the company one of the largest employers in the region.
