NEW EURO PALLETS

The new EPAL IPPC-treated Euro pallet is one of the safest and most load-bearing pallets in our product series. During its development, special attention was paid to practical use. The dimensions of 80 x 120 cm allow for generous loading of the pallet with a total load capacity of up to 1,500 kg.

Thanks to the use of 5 deck boards, the pressure applied to it is optimally distributed onto the bearers, which makes this pallet particularly robust. Furthermore, the pallet corresponds – as the name suggests – to the EPAL guidelines and is therefore work and safety certified.

The EPAL and UIC inspection staple seals the authenticity of the pallet on the one hand and guarantees protection against counterfeiting on the other.

Through the IPPC treatment according to ISPM 15, the pallets are heat-treated in a drying chamber and are thus protected against wood pests. The residual moisture of the pallets is approx. 15 – 20 %.

The most common areas of application range from use in high-bay warehouses to the beverage and food industry.

Our new Euro pallets are 100% PEFC certified; the materials used for them come from sustainably managed forests and controlled sources.

LIKE-NEW EURO PALLETS

The like-new Euro pallets are already used, exchangeable pallets. As soon as a new Euro pallet has been exchanged up to three times, it falls into the “like-new” category. The light appearance of the pallet must still be maintained.

The like-new Euro pallet complies with the EPAL or UIC exchange criteria and is work and safety certified.

We are happy to also offer you the pallet IPPC-treated. In this process, the pallets are heat-treated in a drying chamber and are thus protected against wood pests. The residual moisture of the pallets is approx. 15 – 20 %.

USED EURO PALLETS

Used Euro pallets can be recognized by their dark appearance. The exchange criteria of the EPAL or UIC must be adhered to with this product.

We are happy to also offer you the pallet IPPC-treated. In this process, the pallets are heat-treated in a drying chamber and are thus protected against wood pests. The residual moisture of the pallets is approx. 15 – 20 %, which corresponds to the ISPM 15 standard.

Areas of application include various high-bay warehouses, the construction industry and beverage industry, and of course many more.

REPAIRED EURO PALLETS

Euro pallets that are no longer exchangeable are sorted out by us, checked in our semi-automatic facility, marked, and repaired according to EPAL or UIC criteria. Afterwards, they are ready for use again.

In this context, we offer our customers the possibility of returning broken pallets, sorting them out, and, if still possible, repairing them. For this special system, an internal pallet account is kept, which provides an overview of the current pallet stock.

We deliver the repaired pallets back to the customer; in the same step, the scrap pallets are disposed of by us in a proper manner.
