EURO PALLETS NEW

The new EPAL IPPC-treated Euro pallet is one of the safest and strongest pallets in our product range. During its development, particular attention was paid to practical use. The dimensions of 80 x 120 cm allow the pallet to be generously loaded with a total load capacity of up to 1,500 kg.

Thanks to the use of 5 deck boards, the pressure is optimally distributed over the uprights, making this pallet particularly robust. As the name suggests, the pallet also complies with EPAL guidelines and is therefore certified for work and safety.

The EPAL and UIC test clip seals the authenticity of the pallet and guarantees protection against counterfeiting.

The pallets are heat-treated in a drying chamber using IPPC treatment in accordance with ISPM 15 and are therefore protected against wood pests. The residual moisture content of the pallets is approx. 15 - 20 %.

The most common areas of application range from use in high-bay warehouses to the food and beverage industry.

Our new Euro pallets are 100% PEFC certified, the materials used come from sustainably managed forests and controlled sources.

EURO PALLETS AS GOOD AS NEW

Euro pallets that are as good as new are pallets that have already been used and can be exchanged; as soon as a new Euro pallet has been exchanged up to three times, it falls into the "as good as new" category. The bright appearance of the pallet must still be preserved.

The as-new Euro pallet complies with EPAL and UIC exchange criteria and is labor and safety certified.

We are also happy to offer you the pallet IPPC-treated. The pallets are heat-treated in a drying chamber and are therefore protected against wood pests. The residual moisture content of the pallets is approx. 15 - 20 %.

Used Euro pallets can be recognized by their dark appearance. The exchange criteria of EPAL or UIC must be complied with for this product.

We are also happy to offer you the pallet IPPC-treated. The pallets are heat-treated in a drying chamber and are therefore protected against wood pests. The residual moisture content of the pallets is approx. 15 - 20 %, which corresponds to the ISPM 15 standard.

EURO PALLETS REPAIRED

Euro pallets that are no longer exchangeable are sorted out by us, checked in our semi-automatic system, labeled and repaired according to EPAL or UIC criteria. They are then ready for use again.

In this context, we offer our customers the option of returning broken pallets, sorting them out and, if still possible, repairing them. An internal pallet account is kept for this special system, which provides an overview of the current pallet status.

We return the repaired pallets to the customer and dispose of the scrap pallets properly at the same time.
