The Wintergroup is a reliable partner for companies in the logistics and wholesale industry as a leading manufacturer of pallets in Austria. Particularly as a supplier of high-quality Euro pallets, the Wintergroup meets the highest quality standards required today for the transport and storage of goods.

The Euro pallet is indispensable in Europe: its standardized dimensions and versatile application possibilities make it a central element of logistics. It combines efficiency with flexibility and ensures that goods can be stored or transported safely and optimally. Similar to the DIN A4 format in the office, the Euro pallet is the standard in warehouse and goods transport – universally applicable and indispensable.

EPAL certification: Focusing on quality and sustainability

The Wintergroup relies on the highest standards in the production and repair of pallets. This is ensured by the EPAL certification. EPAL, the European Pallet Association, conducts extensive regular inspections to ensure that all certified companies comply with the strict requirements.

Thanks to this certification, the Wintergroup can not only produce high-quality pallets but also professionally repair defective ones. This repair service contributes significantly to sustainability, as the service life of the wooden pallets is extended. This is not just an ecological advantage but also an economic added value for companies in wholesale and logistics. Sustainability and quality go hand in hand here – a standard that is deeply anchored in the Wintergroup's philosophy.

With the EPAL certification, the Wintergroup positions itself as one of the leading providers of EPAL pallets in Austria. This status guarantees customers consistent quality, tested safety, and the ability to use pallets in an open and efficient exchange system.

EPAL: The world's leading pooling system

The European Pallet Association (EPAL) was founded back in 1991 and has since established itself as the world's most successful open pooling system. Its task is to support international logistics through standardized and freely exchangeable pallets.

The EPAL system comprises a vast network that is active in over 30 countries. It ensures that companies from various industries can transport their goods safely and efficiently, regardless of their size or location. The strict guidelines of EPAL ensure not only the quality of the Euro pallets but also their sustainability – a decisive factor in times of growing ecological responsibility.

With around 625 million EPAL pallets in global circulation and about 25 million in Austria alone, the significance of this system can hardly be overstated. It forms the backbone of modern logistics and offers a stable basis for the exchange of goods between companies, suppliers, and customers.
